Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Where are you located?
Please note: Our studio is open from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Mon-Fri by appointment only.

How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Why doesn't my discount code work?
If you have a discount code, but don't see where or how to apply it at checkout, this is a good indication we are already running a sale on the items in your cart! (Also check for the red "Sale" icon and red font.)
Please feel free to save your coupon and use on a future purchase. It will apply to any regularly priced artwork so long as it still valid at any point during which we are not already running a sale.
