Return and Refund Policy for Statements2000/Jon Allen Metal Art

At Statements2000/Jon Allen Metal Art, we are committed to providing our customers with the finest metal artwork and services, aiming to enhance their spaces with our unique pieces. We understand that there might be occasions when returns or refunds are necessary, and our goal is to streamline this process as much as possible. Please take a moment to review our policy and familiarize yourself with the procedures for requesting returns or refunds, as well as the conditions for obtaining a refund or an exchange.

Conditions for Accepting Your Return

We accept returns and refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged goods
  • Incorrect items sent by us
  • Customer-initiated returns due to change of preference

Our return policy extends for a period of 30 days following the receipt of any item from our store.

Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
  • A return request must include your order number and proof of the defective item.

Procedure of Return

Return Authorization
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@statements2000.com to request a return authorization. We will email you a FedEx return label for your convenience. Please ensure the label is securely attached to the box before dropping it off. For returns, we kindly ask that you use any FedEx store or drop-off location to facilitate the shipment.

Packaging Instructions
To ensure the safety of the artwork and to avoid potential damage, please place the artwork in the same box you received it in, along with all the original packing material. Proper packaging not only safeguards the artwork but also expedites the refund process and ensures you receive your full refund (minus the restocking fee).

 

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective products or incorrect items sent by us, the return shipping fee will be covered by Statements2000/Jon Allen Metal Art.
  • For customer-initiated returns due to change of preference, the return shipping fee is covered by the 20% restocking fee.

Restocking Fee A restocking fee of 20% of the total order or item being returned will apply. This fee covers the cost of the return shipment and handling.

Inspection and Processing Once we receive the artwork back at our studio and verify that it is free of damage, we will process your refund. Please note, a 20% restocking fee will apply. If the item is received with damage, you may be subject to an additional fee to account for the damage incurred.

Cancellation Within 12 hours after placing your order, you can cancel the order, and we will refund 100% of your order value. Once 12 hours have passed, we may be unable to cancel your order immediately. If the item arrives damaged or not in original condition (evidence will be required), we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% depending on the severity of the issue. Note: If the item is lost, we will not be responsible, and we do not offer refunds in this case.

Damages and Issues (Defective Products) If the product is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us via our official email: studio@jonallenmetalart.com as soon as possible so that we can look at the issue and make it right.

Refund Timing After the return has been approved and we have received the item, a refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at studio@jonallenmetalart.com.

Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at studio@jonallenmetalart.com.

Refund Adjustments If the returned item is found to be damaged or used, Statements2000 reserves the right to issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.

Ineligible for Returns Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or personalized artwork
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Original artworks
  • Items on sale

No Exchanges We do not offer exchanges. If you need a replacement for a defective or damaged item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

International Returns International returns are subject to the same conditions as domestic returns. However, customers are responsible for all shipping charges and customs duties associated with international returns. The return shipping fee for defective products or incorrect items sent by us will be covered by Statements2000/Jon Allen Metal Art. For customer-initiated returns due to change of preference, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
