All our orders are handmade to order. The lead time for each product is displayed in the product description on our website. Please note that shipping does not occur until the item is ready, which may affect the overall delivery time.

  • Once your order is ready, it will be processed in the order received, and based on the lead time shown on each artwork. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

  • We ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times may be longer for APO/FPO addresses.

  • If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately at studio@statements2000.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, or refund.
