When Will My Artwork Ship?

COVID-19 UPDATE: 

All orders will ship within 2 - 3 weeks from the date of your order (unless otherwise noted on the product page). As soon as your handmade piece is ready to ship, we will provide the tracking number.

We are still catching up from our weeks long Covid closure. Many, many orders accumulated in our absence as everyone at home was improving their decor.

We look forward to getting your piece out as quickly as possible but quality and our attention to detail will always be our first priority for your satisfaction!

You may have noticed that some of our artwork is ready to ship within 1-2 business days, while other pieces ship within 2 - 3 weeks.  We promise it’s not because we like to keep you waiting longer for your artwork!  All of our unique metal art is handmade with care right here in our studio in Lake Park, Florida.  We grind all of our design patterns by hand and hand-paint each piece. We don’t mass produce our metal art or import low-quality prints on metal from China. The result is high-quality, hand-crafted metal art that is truly unique and artisanal.

Many of Jon’s best-selling pieces are ready to ship sooner because we keep a small quantity on-hand in our warehouse so you can get your artwork more quickly.

The rest of Jon’s art is built to order when you purchase it and ships within 5 business days.  There is a lot of work that goes into your unique metal artwork from the time you order it until you receive your art.  

Our small and dedicated shipping department securely wraps all artwork to ensure your artwork arrives to you in perfect condition.  Once your artwork has shipped, we provide tracking information. As a small, independent company we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and word-of-mouth.  If there is ever an issue with your shipment, please contact the studio so we can make it right.
